Regrettably, due to high postage costs, we are unable to offer delivery of any Furniture items or Lampshades outside of Mainland United Kingdom. As stated on the product pages, Cushions can be sold Worldwide but will be sent as a cover only, without the filler. Art Prints are carefully packaged flat within strong cardboard and reliably arrive in perfect condition worldwide. Ladies' and Men's Accessories arrive Gift Boxed inside outer packaging.

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 Working Day of your purchase.

UK Mainland Postage
We send all of our UK orders via Royal Mail's First Class service, with higher value items requiring a signature. The First Class service aims to have your item with you by the next Working Day including Saturdays (not guaranteed).

*Made To Order Items*
Should you purchase a 'Made to Order' item, dispatch will take longer; All items which are 'Made To Order' should state as such in the Product Description and detail the expected turnaround time - Please refer to individual product pages for details on the timescales of each product. In the rare event that a longer timescale occurs than was expected, you will be updated promptly as to an expected delivery date. We will use the contact details that you provide when placing your order to advise you where needed.

Delivery Outside of Mainland UK - Worldwide

We have many international customers and find the delivery services used to be timely and reliable
We post from the UK and can deliver to virtually any address in the world. We send Internationally via Royal Mail International Standard Service and use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for higher value items. Postage & Packing is free of charge. 

* For European Countries, delivery usually takes 3 - 5 Working Days 
* For the rest of the World, delivery usually takes 5 - 7 Working Days

The usual dispatch times apply as stated above.

Customs Charges
Please be aware that, in some regions, there are Customs Charges that may apply on certain products, for which we are not responsible. 

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 working days (starting the day after delivery of the item to you) for a full refund if, for any reason, you do not wish to keep the item.

We require you to return any unwanted item in it's original condition, unused and carefully replaced in the original packaging supplied. We advise that you use a tracked postal service if returning an item. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly and carefully check the product to establish the condition prior to processing your refund. 

In the unexpected event that you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will also pay the cost of a tracked return postal service. Payment will be made upon receipt of the item back to us and completion of our returns process. (We are unable to offer returns/refunds for items which are Made To Order or Personalised. The exception to this is where the item was an incorrect or defective at the time of our dispatch.)

You will receive your refund within 30 days of returning the item(s). However, in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. The time taken to process a refund includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually within 2 Working Days) and the time it takes for the banks to process our refund request.
