Beautiful things need TLC!
In short, it’s Dry Clean Only, Store carefully in a breathable place.

Silks: Becca Who Silk Scarves are made using AA grade silks and are amongst the highest quality on the market, as are seen in Haute Couture and gracing the catwalks. Our fine silks offer perfect drape and handle and with considerate handling, can last beautifully for a lifetime. To keep your item at it’s best, we advise that you store your silk item considerately, allowing it to breathe - We recommend keeping our Gift Box for this use, with the lid off, your scarf covered with the acid free tissue paper provided. Please don’t store your silk in direct sunlight or keep in air tight storage. We recommend Dry Cleaning Only for your silk items (but don’t store in any sealed bags from the Dry Cleaners). Wrinkles will gradually fall out of silk by hanging, but we advise to do so carefully and not to leave silk hung for very long periods of time. If you feel the need to iron, most importantly, place a clean layer of fabric on top of the item beforehand so as to not have direct contact with the iron and the silk – a cotton pillow slip or similar is ideal. This way, you can use a cool to warm setting. A good quality hand held steamer can work wonders to instantly revive wrinkled silk - Do ensure that you carefully steam, on a gentle heat setting and avoid water spots by choosing a good quality product, following all manufacturer instructions and steaming only when the steamer is fully heated up and ready.

Velvets: Becca Who luxurious Velvets feature across Homewares and Accessories and are of manmade polyester, digitally printed to an exceptional standard. These velvets ought to be considered a delicate and cared for considerately. Dry Cleaning Only is recommended.

Natural Fibres: Any irregularities and variations in the weave of the silk fabrics are NOT to be considered as defects at all - They are unique to each piece and characteristic of a natural fibre of high quality. The utmost care is taken at all stages of our processes and we quality check all of our products prior to dispatch – but should you have any questions or concerns, please email info@beccawho.com or complete the form on our Contact Page and we’ll be in touch promptly.

Fire Retardancy: All finished Becca Who products comply with UK Fire Safety Regulations where applicable. Please get in touch if you require further information.

Art Prints: Becca Who Art Prints are Giclée quality which means that they look fantastic first and foremost, with rich and vibrant Chrome HD inks on a luxurious velvet fine art paper. With such quality of digital print and art papers, you are guaranteed that, with normal, careful handling, your prints will not fade for a lifetime and continue to look their best.

It is advised that you avoid touching the surface of the print as much as possible, as marks can be left on the surface due to the amount of ink saturation and the velvet texture of the paper. Avoid exposure to water or steam and to chemical vapours. You may display your prints in a position of direct sunlight if you wish, but the vibrancy of all inks does reduce over time with UV exposure and so this will reduce the longevity of your print.
